Industrial FDM 3D printer for stand-alone inline printing
The machine body is made of sheet steel using metal bending.
The machine consists of three printing areas with two interchangeable extruders. The part gets printed on film that is pressed down by a vacuum. Once the print is complete, the film is passed through the cooling system, the film is creased, the part unsticks, the doors to the print chamber open automatically and it is unloaded into a container. Printing of the next task starts automatically with no need of operator monitoring.
